Prefabrication and assembly of pipelines for the expansion of the land part of the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście

On August 29, 2022, Mostostal Płock concluded a contract with the consortium PORR (leader) and TGE Gas Engineering GmbH (Partner) for complete and comprehensive prefabrication and assembly of pipelines for the extension of the onshore part of the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście. Mostostal Płock will also perform anticorrosive protection of pipelines, as well as assembly of fittings, instrumentation, supports, valves and technological devices.

Completion of the entire service: 16.07.2023
Contract value: PLN 58 897 000.00 net
Invoices payment deadline: 30 days
Warranty period: 84 months + 60 days starting from the issue of the Certificate of Acquisition by the Investor, the Parties have agreed that the security set out in the Agreement will be provided by the Subcontractor for the period of the warranty and guarantee of 60 months + 60 days starting from the issue of the Certificate of Takeover by the Investor, however, the Subcontractor is obliged to provide services under the guarantee and warranty for a period of 84 months + 60 days, starting from the issue of the Certificate of Takeover by the Investor.
The amount of the security for the proper performance of the Agreement: 15% 
The amount of the performance security for the warranty and warranty period (60 months + 60 days), upon receipt of benefits by the Investor: 10%
