Poland's Best Employers 2022 is a list of 300 companies operating in Poland, whose actions in the field of HR were awarded the title of the best employer.

The survey was conducted among professionally active people, and the highest value in calculating the total score was given to the willingness of employees to recommend their employer and other employers in the industry in which they are currently employed. The survey assessed the company image, trust within the company, corporate social responsibility, as well as organisational culture and financial issues and opportunities for development within the company.

We will devote the coming months to developing initiatives and actions which will give our Employees even more satisfaction and contentment at work.

The award was granted to the entire Mostostal Warszawa Group.
