Mostostal Płock rewards employees for high OHS standards
At Mostostal Płock, we provide everything necessary to ensure safety at work. We take actions to promote health and safety among our employees.
Mostostal Płock has implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015, AQAP 2110: 2016, PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015 and PN-EN ISO 45001: 2018. Employees who are most familiar with the regulations receive prizes in a monthly competition. The winners are a role model for other employees in the field of occupational health and safety.
- We emphasize the importance of applying safe work standards. In order to motivate employees even more, we organize a cyclical in-company health and safety competition. This is one of our ways to promote OHS among employees whom we appreciate for a modern, proactive approach to issues related to work safety and process safety - says Iwona Grzywacz, Head of the OHS department at Mostostal Płock.
